Applications close on the date printed on your form. Bring your receipt slip on collection day — without it, a pack cannot be issued.

Collection date: January 30, 2027
Eligibility: Open to children of low-income families in the Hapugastalawa area, from Grade 1 to Grade 5. One application per child.

Every year the 1996 batch of Al Minhaj National School runs a stationery pack distribution for children of low-income families in the area, funded by alumni donations.

Numbered application forms are handed out ahead of the school year. Families fill them in and return them by the closing date; the committee reviews each application before approving a pack.

On collection day, a volunteer scans the QR code on the applicant's receipt slip and hands over the pack — no slip, no collection.
